This class is designed to provide students with a quicker and more direct approach to learning the back handspring. They are given many drills that will progressively help them to overcome their fear, build their strength, and gain their confidence in order to perform the back handspring correctly. Students will also work on the proper technique for all other skills leading up to a back handpsring.
Athletes working on all basic tumbling skills leading up to a back handspring.
Any athlete working on level 2 skills, such as a standing back handspring, back/front walkovers.
This class is for students who have all ready mastered a standing back handspring and are ready to move on to connecting a round-off back handspring and start learing back tucks
These classes are for those who have a solid layout and are working to advance to a twisting skill. In addition this class is for athletes who have already mastered the full twist and are working on advanced passes ending in a full.
