Strength & Flexibilty
This class is geared toward cheerleaders looking to increase strength, power, flexibility and agility. If you want to jump higher, tumble stronger, and stunt better, this class is for you! It is an intensive stretching class for flyers or anyone looking to improve flexibility. There will be a focus on flexibility body positions (scorpion, scale, heel stretch,) as well as stunt & tumbling strengthening drills.
Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm
